I am looking for other Canadian bloggers to post to Oh-Cannabis.com from all the provinces and territories about the policies and stories surrounding Cannabis in your area, and help explain to our dumb politicians that prohibition is fueling crime in Canada. Collectively we hope to encourage Canadians to speak out to their representatives and get a fire going under the Legalization movement in Canada.
I know that real Canadians are an educated, sensible and considerate people, more likely to care, because here in the Great White North, callous disregard for humanity may cost someone their life due to our harsh climate. We have a special respect for the elements, and a deep connection to the land we call Canada, and caring for one another is how we have survived living here.
Many Canadians are farmers, all of us have families. We are for common sense in our governments policies and next to ice hockey, holding the politician’s feet to the fire (kitchen politics) is still considered our greatest Canadian sport. As Canadians, we approve of what we feel is RIGHT, and we feel in our guts that the presently ‘Americanized’ Canadian policy on Cannabis and its prohibition is WRONG. Even the US is now changing their policies towards Cannabis, and are considering outright legalization in 16 states.
I’d like to invite all Canadian bloggers interested in revealing the corrupt Cannabis policy as it relates to your area of our “Strong and Free” nation. Articles don’t need to be too long, 500 to 700 words is just fine, articles posted may be edited for clarity and/or brevity, (with your approval) and placed in the appropriate category along with your tag or pseudonym.
